1. Service Fees & Payments
All payments made to New Land Visas are for professional consultation and service charges related to immigration, visa guidance, documentation assistance, and advisory services.
Payments made confirm acceptance of our services and associated terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email or through our Contact Us page.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of service delivery and work already completed.
3. Refund Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation or service has been delivered.
If services have not yet started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after service initiation
Delays, refusals, or rejections by immigration authorities
Failure to provide accurate, complete, or genuine information
Clientβs non-responsiveness or withdrawal
4. No Guarantee Disclaimer
New Land Visas does not guarantee visa approval, immigration success, job placement, or processing timelines.
Final decisions are made solely by immigration authorities, embassies, or government bodies, and are beyond our control.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 45β60 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment only.
